How do we view our work?
Do we enjoy what we do?
Or is it just for the salary?
We have to change this ideology.

For this concept of giving incentives,
To humans for them to get up and work;
Was built by one of our own;
A concept built from one idea alone.

It’s something called idea technology,
Where we create our own understandings;
So if we did it before why not now?
What kind of human nature do you want to design?
